Sample information

Conclusion: Our findings suggest that phosphatidylinositol 3'-kinase pathway alteration might have a favorable prognostic impact on endometrial cancers in Chinese women. Furthermore, the function of the phosphatidylinositol 3'-kinase pathway might be affected by estrogen receptor status.

Sample type : tissue

Sample method: immunohistochemistry/sequencing analyz

Expression pattern : pathway alteration

Expression elevation: The p-AKT staining was evaluated using the H-score, which was calculated by multiplying the PP (0-100%) by the corresponding SI (1 =weak, 2 = moderate, and 3 = strong),Cases of p-AKT H-scores more than 50 were considered positive.
