Expression elevation: Immunoreactivity was evaluated according to the percentage of positive cells, which was defined as staining similar to or stronger than that in plasma cells, among 500 cells in five randomly selected high-power fields, and these results were described as a positivity index (PI) with a maximal score of 100. Cases with PI < 1 were defined as negative (-),cases with 1 ≤ PI < 5 as focal positive (±_x005f_x0001_), cases with5 ≤ PI < 10 as positive (+), and cases with PI≥ 10 as extensive positive (2+).
