Conclusion: The number of TILs, which was increased by MSI and decreased by COX-2 expression, was associated with a poorer prognosis in patients with endometrial cancer. Expression elevation: Under a light microscope, the number of the tumor-infiltrating cells was counted in 5 randomly chosen fields at a magnification of 40(objective), and the mean number of TILs was calculated. The median was calculated to divide the patients into 2 groups.
