The intensity of the staining was scored as blank (0), weak (1), moderate (2), and strong (3). Based on the percentage of positively stained tumor cells and the staining intensity, a semiquantitative classification of RRBP1 protein expression levels was scored as < 4 indicates low expression and ≥ 4 indicates high expression.
