Inclusion criteria at baseline were as follows: age at surgery <75 yr, prostate-specific antigen (PSA) concentration <20 ng/ml, clinical tumour stage <T4, no diagnosis of metastatic disease, and informed consent to participate in LAPPRO

Exclusion criteria

LAPPRO is a multicentre study that included patients treated at 14 Swedish urological centres, of which seven performed RALP and seven performed RRP.
