Exclusion criteria

Statistical alyses were performed using SPSS software version 17.0 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA) and Prism software version 5 (GraphPad Software, San Diego, CA, USA). The chi-square and Mann–Whitney U-tests were used to compare data between groups. Binomial logistic regression was used for multivariate alyses.
