Inclusion criteria were as follows: 1) history of previous RARP for prostate cancer, 2) biochemical recurrence, which was defined as an increase in PSA >0.2 ng/mL on two or more consecutive measurements, and 3) life expectancy of at least three months judged by physicians.

Inclusion criteria

Patients were excluded at the screening phase if one of the following conditions was met: 1) ibility to tolerate PET/CT imaging or PWAmpMRI due to conditions like claustrophobia, 2) rel impairment defined as a glomerular filtration rate <30 mL/min/1.73 m2), 3) allergy to gadolinium-based contrast media, 4) critical conditions that made imaging work-up unsuitable by physicians’ judgment, and 5) previous history of maligncies other than prostate cancer.
