patients, who underwent open, laparoscopic, or robot-assisted radical prostatectomy at seven centers in 2011 and were followed up for 5 years, were enrolled

Inclusion criteria

Patients were excluded if they had previously received androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) or radiotherapy (RT). In addition, patients undergoing testosterone replacement therapy or taking medications that affect muscle mass were excluded.Patients undergoing adjuvant ADT or RT after RP were excluded in the BCR group.
