Inclusion criteria

Patients with metastatic disease or suspected lymph node involvement at diagnosis were excluded (n = 47). Patients without definite lesions (Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System [PI_x005fRADS] score ≤ 3) on MRI were excluded (n = 59). Patients receiving treatment that affects preoperative MRI or postoperative pathology, such as hormone therapy or previous prostatic surgery within 6 months, were also excluded (n = 42).
