adult men aged 40–64 years who underwent a prostate biopsy between 2008 and 2017 and were diagnosed with prostate cancer (as the primary diagnosis) within a year after biopsy

Inclusion criteria

（1）Patients younger than 40 years old （2）hose 65 years or older who were also enrolled in Medicare （3）all dually eligible beneficiaries under 65 （4）incomplete demographic information and lack of 12 months of continuous enrollment in Medicaid before the biopsy and after the diagnosis date
