84 patients who were classified as very‐high‐risk according to the NCCN guidelines were identified.

Inclusion criteria

Seventy‐six patients who were treated with eRALP‐ePLND without neoadjuvant or adjuvant therapy were included in the alysis. Eight patients who received neoadjuvant and adjuvant therapies were excluded.
