Inclusion criteria

Among 234 patients, those who underwent neoadjuvant hormone therapy, with preoperative prostate-specific antigen level ≥20 ng/mL, with locally advanced disease on preoperative magnetic resonce imaging (MRI), with suspicious lymph node and/or distant metastasis, with biopsy Gleason score ≥8, who did not underwent bilateral nerve-sparing surgery, and with erectile hardness score (EHS) < 2 were excluded.
