Cystoscopy is recommended in post-RARP patients with recurrent lower uriry tract symptoms and/or uriry retention. Prolonged length of stay after the first RARP, urine leakage, astomotic stenosis, and positive urethra/apex margin might be predictors of Ligating clip migration.
