All other cases,where a reduction of the blad_x005f_x005f_x005f_x005f_x0002_der neck diameter was performed with the use of additional sutures,were considered as bladder neck reconstructionn. Incase of bladder neck reconstruction,sutures (vicryl 3-0) at 3 and 9 o’clock were placed to reduce the diameter of the bladder neck in a fish-mouth appearance.
