Adjuvant therapy was defined as secondary treatment (radiation therapy or systemic therapy after prostatectomy) administered with PSA \0.2 ng/ml or before the PSA was drawn, whereas salvage therapy was defined as secondary therapy administered when the PSA C 0.2 ng/ml.
