Description
In conclusion, down-regulated HOST2 inhibited proliferation and promoted apoptosis of pancreas cancer cells with or without gemcitabine treatment. Thus, HOST2 is a potential therapeutic target for gemcitabine chemoresistance in pancreatic neoplasms.
