1.Non-coding RNAs Related to Cancer Therapy Resistance records: 708
2.Non-coding RNAs Related to Cancer Recurrence records: 67
3.Universal Non-coding RNAs records: 200
Conventional treatment methods might fail to eliminate cancer cells in the body and it may even lead to treatment resistance.
Increasing evidence shows that non-coding RNAs play critical roles in cancer resistance and cancer recurrence.
CTRR-ncRNA is the first public database that curates experimentally supported data related to non-coding RNAs related to
cancer resistance and cancer recurrence from published literature,
aiming to provide a comprehensive and precise resource for research on treatment resistance and recurrence prevention.
Currently, CTRR-ncRNA contains detailed information consisting of 2800 records , including the type of cancer,
the expression of ncRNA in cancer tissues or cells, and the effect of ncRNA on the drug resistance of cancer tissues or cell lines,
non-coding RNA- expression difference between relapsed and non-relapsed patients, patients' clinical information and participating countries, etc.
